I have a Brother MFC-9970CDW. I am attempting to install a replacement cartridge that I purchased from ColorTonerExpert. After installing the cartridge I still get the “replace TonerK” error message. I have attempted to follow the instructions on your website – “How to Reset Bother MFC-9970CDW color laser all-in-one”. When I open the door and press “1″ on the keypad, I do not get the menu of various cartridge types to be replaced. Help!

    2. Turn the printer off (while the door is open)
    3. Wait 5-10 seconds

    5. When the printer prompts you to close the door, press “1″ on the keypad

    Thanks!
